All orders ship FREE via UPS Ground. Please note: we only ship to mainland US.
Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
NO RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY ORDERS PLACED.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, Dimensions AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING!
Products deemed to have manufacturer’s defects require photo and description of the issue and will be replaced. In the event there is a manufacturer’s defect, (fabric tears, zipper malfunctions) Roxbury Pet will replace the product.
Repairs & Replacements
Replacement covers will be subject to a replacement fee and shipping charges.
Roxbury Pet does not repair damaged beds that are not deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect.
In the event there is a manufacturer’s defect, (Fabric Tear, Faulty Zipper, Stained Fabric) customer must notify Roxbury Pet within 3 days of receiving the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product right away. Roxbury Pet is not responsible for damages caused by pets or their humans.
